Eczema is a common skin disease. Patients will experience symptoms of itchy, red and swollen skin, which will affect their daily work and study. There are also many dietary taboos for people with eczema. So what can't patients with eczema eat? How to deal with eczema? 1. Fruits Peach allergy (especially the fuzz on the surface of peaches) is more common in the north, while in the south there are many tropical fruits that are prone to cause allergies, such as mangoes. 2. Cereals The more common ones are wheat foods: such as wheat, barley, oats, buckwheat, etc. In addition, legumes are also more likely to cause allergies. Nuts: mainly peanuts, in addition, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, etc. can also cause allergies. In addition, various condiments and spices may also cause allergies. 3. Vegetables Any plant food that contains a special smell (mainly certain volatile oils) is prone to cause allergies, such as the leek, coriander, and fennel mentioned above. In addition, celery, toon and some wild vegetables are also more likely to cause allergies. Two methods of treating acute eczema: 1. Chinese medicine wet compress Medicinal solution: You can choose 60 grams of one of purslane, phellodendron or fresh loquat leaves. For those with severe toxic heat and secondary infection, add 30 grams of gentiana chinensis in a basin, add about 2000-3000 ml of water, boil for 15-20 minutes, and set aside after cooling. Dressing: 6 to 8 layers of gauze, the size of which should be equal to the lesion surface. Operation method: Soak the gauze in the medicine solution, take it out and squeeze it slightly to make it dry and wet, then place the wet gauze flat on the lesion surface, apply slight pressure to make it fit evenly with the lesion surface, and remove it after 5 to 6 minutes. Repeat the operation for 30 to 60 minutes, 2 to 4 times a day. After finishing, use a cotton ball to gently wipe off the remaining medicine solution, wash the gauze, place it in the medicine solution and boil it for 10 minutes, and set it aside after cooling. Note: The temperature of the medicine solution should be appropriate. When the skin lesion area is too large, wet compresses should be applied to each area. For eczema on the hairline, hands and feet, the soaking and washing method can be used instead, 30 to 60 minutes each time, 3 to 4 times a day. 2. Dip fresh aloe vera in medicine Use fresh aloe vera to mix Qu Shi San (24 grams of Sichuan coptis chinensis, 240 grams of Sichuan phellodendron, 144 grams of scutellaria baicalensis, 96 grams of areca catechu) and alum powder for external application. If there is secondary infection, add a small amount of Hua Du San (fritillaria cirrhosa, coptis chinensis, red peony root, smallpox, rhubarb, licorice, pearl powder, bezoar, borneol, realgar powder) for external application. |
