How to use female condoms? Understand immediately after reading

When it comes to condoms, many people may think that it is a man's business, but in fact, from a scientific point of view, female condoms are safer and have better contraceptive effects. But how should female condoms be used specifically?

1. Distinguish between inner and outer rings

The outer ring of the female condom is larger, while the small rubber ring inside is thicker and more elastic. When in use, the inner ring will be close to the end of the vagina, which can play a fixing role; the outer ring is always outside the vagina. Since the outer ring is larger, it can better isolate the direct contact between the vaginal opening and the root of the male penis, which can effectively prevent the spread of bacteria.

2. Pick up the condom correctly

Just like ordinary male condoms, when taking out female condoms, tear open the packaging bag from the notch at the seal. Be careful not to use scissors or blades to avoid damaging the integrity of the condom. When picking up the condom, be sure to pinch the inner ring between your thumb and middle finger, press your index finger against the base of the female condom, or pinch the inner ring with your fingers.

3. Insert condom

Choose a comfortable position, you can lie down or sit, spread your legs, pinch the inner ring of the condom, and gently insert it into the vagina until you can feel the inner ring pass over the pubic bone, or use the force to push the condom to the bottom during sexual intercourse. Note that female condoms will not cause damage by being inserted too deeply.

4. Adjust the correct position

After placing the condom into the vagina, make sure the main body of the condom is not twisted, straighten the part of the condom exposed outside the body, and unfold the outer ring to cover the area around the outside of the vagina.

5. Remove the condom correctly

After sexual intercourse, the condom needs to be removed in time before getting up. To prevent semen from flowing back, pinch the outer ring when removing it, rotate the condom in one direction several times, wrap the outer ring to ensure that the semen will not flow out, and then slowly pull out the condom.
