What are the dangers of having hemorrhoids?

Many people suffer from hemorrhoids in life, especially female patients. Hemorrhoids often make people restless, seriously affecting their normal life and study. So what other dangers are there if you have hemorrhoids?

Hemorrhoids are soft venous masses formed by the bending and expansion of the hemorrhoidal venous plexus under the mucosa of the terminal rectum and the skin of the anal canal. The main clinical symptoms are: blood in the stool, dripping blood or spurting blood, heaviness, pain, constipation, excessive secretions, and prolapse of hemorrhoids outside the anus.

Modern medical research shows that if hemorrhoids are not treated, a series of secondary hazards and diseases will occur. First of all, blood in the stool, blood dripping, and severe blood spurting will lead to blood deficiency and Qi deficiency, causing dizziness, anemia, decreased libido, physical weakness, and frequent feeling of exhaustion and drowsiness; secondly, due to constipation and dry stools, hemorrhoids can be easily squeezed and caused to have blood in the stool. It is very painful for patients to defecate, and they usually try to endure the discomfort as much as possible to make the stool drier, and this cycle forms a vicious circle; thirdly, this vicious circle of blood in the stool and constipation makes people lose their appetite, causes dysfunction of the spleen and stomach, and imbalance of the entire body and malnutrition, and can easily lead to liver and kidney diseases, anal fissures, chronic colitis, anal fistulas, intestinal cancer, etc.; and because of the increase in secretions overflowing outside the anus, it not only contaminates clothes, but also easily causes painful eczema. For female patients, it will also lead to the onset of some gynecological diseases. It can be seen that hemorrhoids have many harmful effects. If you have hemorrhoids, you must receive early treatment to avoid affecting your physical health and quality of life.
