These five types of women are prone to breast cancer

1. Women who like to cook, fry and eat high-fat food are more likely to develop breast cancer than women who eat a light diet.

Excessive fat content in the diet is related to many cancers, such as kidney cancer, lung cancer, and breast cancer. There are many theories about the harm of fat, such as the high concentration of environmental pollutants in animal fat, the carcinogenic effect of fat promoting chemical carcinogens, and the trans fatty acids and fat oxidation polymers contained in high-temperature heated fats.

2. Women who eat a lot of fried meat and processed meat products (such as sausages, ham, bacon, bacon, etc.) are more likely to develop breast cancer than women who eat less meat and only eat fresh meat cooked at low temperature (such as steaming, boiling, and stewing).

Currently, most of the oils commonly used in cooking in China are high in omega-6 fatty acids (linoleic acid). For example, the linoleic acid content of soybean oil and corn oil are both over 50% or even higher. The linoleic acid content of peanut oil is slightly lower, but also close to 40%. Tea seed oil, low-erucic acid rapeseed oil and olive oil are all oils rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, in which the content of omega-6 fatty acids is less than 20%, and they are also better in heat resistance during cooking and heating (non-virgin olive oil can be used for cooking).

3. Eat more dark green and orange-yellow vegetables, as well as orange-yellow fruits (such as citrus fruits).

Most dark green and orange-yellow vegetables and fruits are rich in carotenoids. A systematic analysis and meta-analysis of relevant studies found that the higher the concentration of carotenoids in the blood, the lower the risk of breast cancer. Other studies have found a negative correlation between citrus fruit intake and breast cancer risk. There are many factors in fruits and vegetables that are beneficial to cancer risk, including dietary fiber, carotenoids, polyphenols and multiple vitamins.

4. Eat more cruciferous vegetables (such as cabbage, broccoli, etc.).
