Complete picture of third degree cervical erosion

Cervical erosion is a type of chronic cervicitis. Specifically, it is caused by the eversion of cervical columnar epithelial cells and is a normal physiological phenomenon. If there is no problem with the cervical liquid-based smear test, no treatment is required. If there are symptoms such as excessive secretions, pus-like secretions, or lower abdominal pain, it is possible to have chronic cervicitis. It is recommended to have a routine gynecological examination, including internal examination, routine secretion examination, etc., and then take medication according to the test results. Baofukang suppository or Zhimiling suppository can be inserted into the female vagina. If the cervical inflammation is severe, laser or liposuction surgery can be considered.

The third degree of cervical erosion requires TCT and HPV testing to rule out cervical precancerous lesions and high-risk human papillomavirus infection. If the test shows no abnormalities, oral medication can be used for treatment due to excessive discharge and uncomfortable symptoms such as low back pain and abdominal pain caused by the third degree of cervical erosion. For example, Chinese medicine, four capsules of Gongyanping tablets, taken orally three times a day, and the treatment course is four weeks; four capsules of Kunfukang capsules, taken three times a day for four weeks.

You can also apply medication to the vagina, such as Xiaomikang suppositories, Weiyinkang suppositories, and Fumikang suppositories, once a day, and a course of treatment is seven days. Check whether the cervical erosion has improved for three days after the menstrual period. If the treatment effect is not good, physical therapy, cervical erosion surgery or ablation surgery can be performed to treat the third degree cervical erosion.

Cervical erosion is divided into physiological erosion and physiological erosion. Under normal circumstances, if there is no abnormality in TCT in cervical examination, and there is no bleeding during intercourse and no abnormal leucorrhea, there is no need for special treatment. If the woman is not pregnant and always has bleeding during intercourse and abnormal leucorrhea, she can consider using a coagulation knife to resect the eroded part, or use HIFU for symptomatic treatment of cervical erosion. If a woman is pregnant and is prone to bleeding and abnormal leucorrhea during intercourse, she can consider using Baofukang suppositories or Xiaomi suppositories for vaginal medication treatment. The treatment time is generally 7-14 days, and sexual intercourse is strictly prohibited during the treatment period.
