How to choose bra cup underwear

In recent years, the development momentum of the Internet has been obvious to all. With the development of the Internet, online shopping has also set off a huge upsurge. It is very common for many female friends to buy bras online for various reasons. When buying bras online, you need to have a good understanding of the bra size you wear to ensure a perfect purchase. So, how do you choose bra cup underwear? Let’s take a look below.

First, bend your body forward 90 degrees, so that the flesh around your chest and surrounding areas will be concentrated. Then open your thumb and index finger 90 degrees, hold the lower edge of the breast to support the chest. Finally, straighten your upper body, use the nipple point as the measuring point, and measure horizontally around the chest with a soft tape measure. This size is the total chest circumference.

The common size codes on our underwear, such as 85C and 75B, do not refer to the bust size, but the underbust size. What is the underbust? It refers to the horizontal length around the lower edge of the breast. What is the correct way to measure underbust?

Measure around the body horizontally, following the lower edge of the chest. If the breasts are sagging and expanding, the breasts should be pushed up to their normal position before measuring. The available numbers for underbust circumference are 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, and 105, and the unit is centimeters.

It is worth reminding that women often gain or lose weight due to factors such as pregnancy and weight loss, so they should measure their bust circumference about once every three months. Decide on the number that's right for you.

The cup size is the total bust minus the underbust. If the difference between your total bust and underbust is 10 cm, you should use cup A. AA, A, B, C, DE, and F all refer to cup sizes!

Full bust - under bust = 7.5cm is AA cup

Full chest circumference - under bust circumference = 10cm is A cup

Full chest circumference - under bust circumference = 12.5cm is a B cup

Full chest circumference - under bust circumference = 15cm is a C cup

Full bust - under bust = 17.5cm is a D cup

Full chest circumference - under bust circumference = 20cm is E cup

The above is an introduction to bra cup underwear. I believe that after reading this article, you will have a better understanding of how to choose the size of your bra. The size of a woman's breasts will change due to factors such as weight. Therefore, it is very important to measure correctly and know your own size.
