Is partial hydatidiform mole serious?

The so-called partial hydatidiform mole is actually a type of hydatidiform mole disease. In real life, quite a number of female friends are not particularly familiar with this disease. In fact, hydatidiform mole is a common gynecological disease, but it is very harmful to the health of female friends. If it is not actively treated, normal pregnancy in the future may be affected. Let's introduce whether partial hydatidiform mole is serious.

Some hospitals diagnose it as partial hydatidiform mole, but it is not necessarily the case. That is, the trophoblastic cells proliferate actively, and it is directly classified as a partial hydatidiform mole. Some people only experience this situation after the fetus stops growing. It should not be judged as a partial hydatidiform mole. You don't need to pay attention to anything, just make sure to wear a condom when you have sex. Don't get pregnant again. Then I went back to the hospital every week to check my blood HCG. Until it returns to normal.

If a partial hydatidiform mole is present, the clinical manifestation is amenorrhea. In most cases, vaginal bleeding occurs during the second or third month of amenorrhea, or later in some cases. The amount of blood may be more or less, and may be intermittent. In most cases, it is possible that the uterus is larger than in the month of amenorrhea. When the uterus reaches the size of four or five months of gestation, the pregnant woman cannot feel the fetal movement, touch the fetal mass, or hear the fetal heartbeat. Careful examination of vaginal bleeding, if vesicular masses are found, can be diagnosed as hydatidiform mole. Whether it is a partial hydatidiform mole requires further examination. Any woman of childbearing age may develop hydatidiform mole, which is common in pregnant women aged 20-30. The exact cause of this disease is still unclear, but it is generally believed to be related to factors such as nutritional disorders (especially folic acid deficiency), infection (especially viral infection), genetics and immune dysfunction.

It should be noted that some female friends may think that hydatidiform mole is a type of cancer. In fact, this is a wrong understanding. In real life, more than 80% of hydatidiform mole patients do not have malignant lesions, so it cannot be regarded as cancer. In only 15% of patients with hydatidiform mole, the disease will spread throughout the body.
