4. Bathing breasts

When bathing, use a shower head to rinse your breasts. It is best to alternate between hot and cold sprays. The alternating stimulation of hot and cold helps increase chest skin tension and promote blood circulation in the breasts.

5. Don’t diet to lose weight

Some mothers, faced with their fat bodies, are eager to go on a diet to lose weight. The consequence of dieting is that the fat tissue in the breasts is also affected. The breasts will inevitably shrink. For postpartum mothers, it takes about a year to gradually restore weight, so don't rush to diet to lose weight, you should use other methods.

When improving sagging breasts, you must learn how to choose suitable underwear for yourself. The underwear should not be too tight.
