What are the precautions for gynecological B-ultrasound?

The incidence of gynecological diseases is now much higher than before, which has led to an increasing chance of many female friends suffering from gynecological diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to do a detailed gynecological examination. Once there are some problems, you can receive treatment in time to avoid delaying the development of your disease. This is very bad for treatment, because gynecological diseases themselves are relatively complicated to treat, and many gynecological diseases cannot be cured directly, so a gynecological B-ultrasound examination is needed.

First, ultrasound scanning can continuously and dynamically observe the movement and function of internal organs; it can track lesions and display three-dimensional changes without being limited by its imaging stratification. Currently, ultrasound examination has been recognized as the preferred examination method for biliary system diseases.

Second, B-ultrasound can also be combined with Doppler technology to monitor blood flow and direction for organs other than solid organs (liver, pancreas, spleen, kidney, etc.), thereby identifying the nature and degree of damage to the organs. For example, through cardiac color ultrasound, doctors can intuitively see the various structures inside the heart and whether there are any abnormalities.

Third, ultrasound equipment is easy to move and non-invasive, so it can be used for bedside diagnosis for patients with limited mobility.

Fourth, the price is low. The cost of ultrasound examination is generally 35 to 150 yuan per time, which is 1/10 of CT examination and 1/30 of MRI. This is more affordable for most working-class people. Therefore, "B-ultrasound" is often used for health examinations.

Fifth, ultrasound has no radiation to the human body and can be used as a priority for special patients.

Simply put, color ultrasound is high-definition black and white B-ultrasound plus color Doppler. First, let's talk about ultrasonic frequency shift diagnosis, namely D-ultrasound. This method applies the principle of Doppler effect. When there is relative motion between the sound source and the receiver (that is, the probe and the reflector), the frequency of the echo changes. This frequency change is called frequency shift. D-ultrasound includes pulse Doppler, continuous Doppler and color Doppler blood flow images.

In fact, there are no major taboos to pay attention to for gynecological B-ultrasound examinations. You just need to be on an empty stomach on the day of the examination, especially do not eat anything that may affect your blood sugar or blood lipids. And when doing a urine test, it is best not to use the first urine excreted, as the urine at this time is more concentrated. Try to use the second urine to get a more accurate result.
