There are many kinds of gynecological diseases. Some are caused by not paying attention to hygiene in daily life, and some are relatively normal gynecological diseases. For example, blood in leucorrhea, which occurs in many female friends. There are two types of bloody leucorrhea: physiological bloody leucorrhea and pathological bloody leucorrhea. If it is physiological leucorrhea with blood, it is considered normal, usually it is bleeding during ovulation. If it is pathological leucorrhea, then it may be caused by a gynecological disease, which is why this situation occurs. When this happens, it is generally considered to be ovulation bleeding, that is, mid-menstrual bleeding (bloody leucorrhea), which refers to a small amount of bleeding between two normal menstrual periods, which may be accompanied by varying degrees of lower abdominal pain; the second is the possibility of gynecological diseases. If there is blood mixed in the leucorrhea, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, cervical polyps or submucosal fibroids should be considered. Insertion of an intrauterine device can also cause bloody leucorrhea. Causes of bloody vaginal discharge 1. Cervical polyps. Cervical polyps are a manifestation of chronic cervicitis. The main symptoms are yellow leucorrhea, leucorrhea with a bad odor, and leucorrhea with blood. 2Acute vaginitis. The main symptoms are increased vaginal discharge, which is yellow watery or purulent, has a foul odor, and in severe cases, spot vaginal bleeding may occur; 3. Severe cervical erosion. The main symptoms are increased vaginal discharge, yellow color, sticky and smelly, accompanied by vulvar itching, bleeding during sexual intercourse, lumbar pain, dysmenorrhea, etc. 4. Senile vaginitis. Clinical manifestations: increased vaginal discharge, light yellow in color, and in severe cases, bloody and purulent vaginal discharge; 5. Cervical cancer. A small amount of bleeding or increased vaginal discharge after sexual intercourse; 6Endometrial cancer. The clinical manifestations are irregular bleeding, with the amount of bleeding varying from time to time. Premenopausal women may have heavy menstrual flow and prolonged duration, while postmenopausal women may experience postmenopausal bleeding. 7 Ovulation bleeding: Mid-menstrual bleeding (leucorrhea with blood) refers to a small amount of bleeding between two normal menstrual periods, which may be accompanied by varying degrees of lower abdominal pain. So, when there is blood in the leucorrhea, the condition can be mild or severe. So, the editor here reminds all female friends not to ignore it. Because leucorrhea is generally colorless and transparent, and does not contain any other colors, if you find that the color of your leucorrhea is abnormal, you must pay attention to it, because it may indicate a gynecological disease. |
