First, don’t go without socks.

If you don't wear socks, it may not only cause skin ulcers, but also spread the fungus to other parts of the body, so it is recommended that you must wear socks, of course, except for wearing sandals.

Second, you should massage your feet frequently

It's summer now, and many female friends like to wear sandals. But have you noticed the marks caused by wearing sandals? These marks not only damage the whiteness and smoothness of the skin on the soles of the feet, but may even cause skin allergies and other adverse phenomena. Therefore, during your daily foot care, you can massage or rub your legs and feet appropriately to keep your feet normal.

Don't wear shoes that are too small

Wearing small shoes frequently may cause your feet to become deformed and may also cause calloused skin on the heels or soles of your feet, which will cause tenderness even when you wear ordinary shoes in the future. Over time, terrible "corns" may form, and even cause deformation of the skin on the toes or soles of the feet. Therefore, when buying shoes, it is better to spend more time choosing shoes that fit the size of your feet.

Fourth, if your feet are dry, you need to take care of them.

Especially in autumn and winter, if you do not pay attention to foot care, the skin on the soles of your feet will easily become dry, peeling and cracking. If left untreated, the skin on the feet will further deteriorate, eventually leading to corns or whitening of the skin between the toes, and infection and suppuration. So no matter how you take care of your feet, you must pay attention to this issue.

Therefore, we need to massage our feet frequently, especially in summer. This is because many people like to wear sandals in summer, and sandals will leave several marks on our feet, which will directly damage the smoothness of our foot skin, so it is particularly easy to cause skin allergies. In this case, you can do some gentle massage.
