How to treat rotten feet during pregnancy

Sore feet during pregnancy is a big problem that causes headaches for many pregnant mothers. This may be because we do not pay attention to the hygiene of our feet, which leads to contact with infectious sources and causes certain skin diseases. Therefore, it is very important to pay attention to our own hygiene on a daily basis. Let’s briefly describe how to treat sore feet during pregnancy.

1. Keep your feet clean and dry, and treat sweaty feet. Change your shoes and socks frequently. People with tight gaps between toes can use some straw paper to absorb moisture and allow ventilation. The shoes should be well ventilated.

2. Do not use other people's slippers, bath towels, rags, etc., and do not walk in sewage near bathhouses or swimming pools.

3. Public bathhouses and swimming pools must regularly treat sewage and disinfect it with bleach or chloramine. A system must be established to prevent the spread of athlete's foot.

Treatment measures for athlete's foot:

1. Home medication

(1) Erosive type: first soak in 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution or 0.1% refollicle-stimulating agent solution, then apply gentian violet or athlete's foot powder twice a day. After drying, apply athlete's foot ointment or tinea versicolor ointment twice a day.

(2) Blister type: Soak your feet in hot water and apply clotrimazole anti-tinea lotion or compound salicylic acid tincture once a day. After the skin is dry, apply athlete's foot cream or tinea pedis ointment.

(3) Keratotic type: Apply compound benzoic acid cream or apply it alternately with compound salicylic acid alcohol, once in the morning and once in the evening. It is best to wrap the area with plastic film after applying the medicine so that the medicine can penetrate into the thick skin and facilitate peeling off the thick skin.

(4) In recent years, foot powder has been used clinically to treat various types of athlete's foot, with significant efficacy. Soaking feet once a night will be effective after three times. See instructions for specific usage.

You can use the above methods to treat rotten feet during pregnancy. You can apply some anti-allergic drugs to prevent our own disease from worsening. Never eat spicy food, which may aggravate our own condition. At the same time, the people around us should also do a good job of preventive care.
