What to eat when you have heavy menstruation? These foods are very effective

1. Duck Blood, Mung Bean Sprout and Tofu Soup

Method: 1. Wash the antler slices in clean water, wash the astragalus, peel and slice the ginger, wash the lean pork and cut into thick pieces.

2. Wash the chicken, cut it into pieces, put it into boiling water to remove the blood, and then take it out.

3. Stewed soft-shelled turtle with cordyceps and red dates

Ingredients: 1 soft-shelled turtle, appropriate amount of Cordyceps sinensis, 10 red dates, appropriate amounts of onion, ginger slices, and garlic cloves, appropriate amounts of cooking wine, salt, and chicken broth.

Method: 1. Cut the processed soft-shelled turtle into four pieces, wash the cordyceps sinensis, and soak the red dates in boiling water.

2. Put the turtle chunks into the pot and boil, then take them out and wash them.

3. Put the turtle into a casserole, add cordyceps, red dates, cooking wine, onion, ginger, garlic and chicken broth, simmer for 2 hours, add salt, and remove the onion and ginger.
