How to check pelvic inflammatory disease adnexitis?

Female inflammatory diseases are the most troubling diseases for female friends, and the incidence rate is relatively high. So how to check pelvic inflammatory disease and adnexitis? Pelvic adnexitis is a type of adnexitis disease. Not only does it have many causes, but it is also an inflammatory disease that is more harmful to women. If it is not controlled and treated in time, it is likely to cause female infertility, so timely examination and diagnosis are important.

Adnexitis refers to inflammation of the fallopian tubes and ovaries. Pelvic inflammatory disease refers to inflammation of the pelvic organs and surrounding tissues, including bilateral adnexitis, parametrial connective tissue inflammation, pelvic peritonitis, etc., and its scope is wider than adnexitis. Due to the deep location of the pelvis, it is more difficult to treat and is one of the common gynecological diseases that is more difficult to treat. When women suffer from pelvic inflammatory disease and adnexitis, they usually experience abnormal symptoms such as lower abdominal pain, increased vaginal discharge, lower back pain, and irregular menstruation.

1. Secretion examination:

During examination of acute pelvic inflammatory disease and adnexitis, the leucorrhea may be purulent or homogeneous mucous, the adnexa may be tender and painful, and sometimes there may be inflammatory masses with adhesions of the fallopian tubes and ovaries.

2. Urinalysis:

This test is mainly to determine whether there is any abnormality in the hormone level in the body, and it can also check which type of pathogen is causing it.

3. Abdominal palpation:

During general gynecological examination, the uterus is found to be retroflexed, with poor mobility and tenderness. If an inflammatory mass is formed, the mass may be felt beside the uterus or behind the uterus during examination, and it will be poorly mobile and tender.

4. B-ultrasound examination:

Generally speaking, there are no abnormalities found in B-ultrasound examination, unless there is hydrosalpinx or tubal ovarian cyst formation, in which case a mass may be found in ultrasound examination. Therefore, if female friends find similar signals in their bodies, they must not ignore them but seek medical attention and diagnosis as soon as possible.

If you want to check for inflammatory diseases in women, it is better to choose a regular large hospital instead of just a small outpatient check-up. Many outpatient clinics are not fully equipped and have poor sanitary conditions to avoid other inflammatory infections. Keep your genitals clean and hygienic at ordinary times. If you suffer from inflammatory diseases, do not hesitate to take anti-inflammatory measures in time, and eradication is the most important thing.
