Don’t waste your money! These are the physical examinations you need to do at different ages, save them now!

As people's living standards continue to improve, they are paying more and more attention to their physical health. Physical examinations, as a convenient and fast means of disease screening, have been used by more and more people.
However, what should be screened in a physical examination? Do you need to do some targeted screening according to your age? There are a variety of physical examination packages on the market. How can you choose so that you can check your body without wasting money? Let's take a look today.
According to the "Expert Consensus on Basic Items in Health Examinations" jointly written by the Health Management Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the Editorial Board of the Chinese Health Management Journal, we learned that there are some basic screening items in the physical examination that are mandatory, and some are screening items based on personal circumstances. Among them, the mandatory items are what everyone has to do, and the latter depends on personal circumstances to decide whether to screen.
The mandatory inspection items include 3 parts:
The first part is physical screening, including height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, blood pressure, internal and external surgery screening, ophthalmology screening, otolaryngology screening, etc.
The second part is laboratory screening items, including routine blood, urine, and stool tests, as well as liver and kidney function, blood lipids, blood sugar, and some gynecological screening.
The third part is some auxiliary screening, such as electrocardiogram, X-ray, ultrasound screening, etc. After completing these three mandatory inspection items, we can basically have a basic understanding of our physical condition.
The screening items vary from person to person. For people with a family history of the disease, or living in a specific area, or with special living habits, additional screening should be performed to detect problems as early as possible and provide timely treatment.
We have produced 12 pictures based on this "Consensus", and you can pay more attention to them during your physical examination.
