What to do if a woman has a blister on her vulva

What to do if a woman has a blister on her vulva

I believe that many female friends have such a concern in life, that is, after some sexual intercourse, they will find that their vulva has lumps. This will also cause us to feel more itchy and accompanied by inflammation. In fact, this is all caused by unclean sexual life, so female friends should pay attention to it. So what should we do if a woman has a lump on her vulva? In the following time, please let me find out with you.

1. The symptoms of vulvar cancer manifested by Paget's disease are soft red raised bumps with irregular edges, itchy lesions, and subsequent epidermal sloughing and bleeding.

2. The most common symptom of squamous cell carcinoma is vulvar tumors, often with a history of chronic vulvar itching and vulvar skin malnutrition. The tumors often form ulcers or cauliflower-like shapes, accompanied by bleeding, infection and pain.

Early symptoms of vulvar cancer 3. Malignant melanoma of the vulva The symptoms of vulvar cancer are pigmented masses, tumors with infection, and pain, exudation and bleeding in the late stage.

4. Basal cell carcinoma is superficial and slightly protrudes from the skin. Sarcoma usually first occurs on the labia majora. The solid tumors with normal skin on the surface are mostly painless. The symptoms of advanced vulvar cancer often involve the pelvic wall and cause pain.

5. Vulvar cancer usually presents with enlarged, fixed lymph nodes that can be felt in the groin. Advanced vulvar lesions may involve the vagina, urethra, anus, rectum, and pelvic wall.

6. Leukoplakia: At the beginning, it appears as small, smooth white spots or stripes, which later blend into thick, shiny milky white spots that feel hard and rough to the touch.

7. Nodules: There are soybean-sized nodules or papillary tumors on the outside, accompanied by surrounding itching.

8. Itching: Itching is the most common symptom of vulvar cancer. Therefore, when the vulva is stubbornly itchy and cannot be cured for a long time and no specific cause can be found (diseases such as pubic lice, scabies and trichomoniasis have been ruled out), the possibility of vulvar cancer should be considered.

9. Ulcers: Depressed, hard-bottomed ulcers that are difficult to heal and are accompanied by pain and bleeding. Once the above symptoms are found, you should go to the hospital's gynecology department in time, and perform pathological biopsy when necessary to assist in clinical diagnosis and self-diagnosis.

I believe that through the above understanding of all of us, the majority of female friends have already had more experience and understanding of the above questions. Of course, I would also like to remind everyone that first of all, we must understand the reasons for the growth of lumps on the vulva so that we can better carry out targeted treatment. Of course, if you want treatment, you still have to go to some regular hospitals and be examined and treated by doctors of relevant professions.
