What to do if fallopian tube function is not good

There are many reasons for poor fallopian tube function in women. When women suffer from fallopian tube diseases, their pregnancy function will be seriously affected. At this time, women may experience infertility. In fact, the more common diseases of fallopian tubes are fallopian tube blockage, fallopian tube adhesions and thin fallopian tubes. So what should we do if the fallopian tube function is poor?

There are many diseases that can cause stomach problems, such as gastritis, functional dyspepsia, peptic ulcer, etc., which can cause stomach discomfort, pain, bloating, acid reflux, etc.

It is most reasonable to make a clear diagnosis before treatment and then prescribe the right medicine. It is recommended to go to the gastroenterology department of the hospital for a gastroscopy examination to make a clear diagnosis. Drugs that can promote gastrointestinal motility and facilitate digestion of food, such as domperidone.

The fallopian tube generally has a transport function. If you want to understand its function, you need to know whether the fallopian tube is unobstructed. You can go to a regular hospital with a gynecology department to perform fallopian tube fluid insufflation and radiography examination.

Three to seven days after the end of menstruation, a hysterosalpingography should be done to see if the fallopian tubes are unobstructed.

The degree of fallopian tube blockage is divided into four levels.

【Level 1】 Fallopian tube obstruction

The causes are blockage by debris, shed cells or blood clots in the tube; or the fallopian tube is too thin and curved; or the fallopian tube is adhered to the pelvic wall and adjacent organs, pulling the movement of the fallopian tube.

【Level 2】 Fallopian tube obstruction

The damage is minor, but most of the fallopian tube is normal. In this case, the fallopian tubes can be cleared through laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, or a combined hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.

【Level 3】 Complete blockage of fallopian tubes

The damage is extensive and the lesions are severe. This situation is mostly caused by delayed treatment due to a long course of illness or fallopian tube tuberculosis infection. Because the fallopian tubes become scarred, contracted, and stiff, and their functions undergo irreversible changes, it is difficult to conceive naturally even if they are successfully unblocked. This situation usually requires in vitro fertilization after surgery.

【Level 4】 Fallopian tube obstruction and hydrops

The obstruction of fallopian tube and water accumulation are mostly caused by the obstruction of the fimbria of the fallopian tube, which is caused by inflammation of the fallopian tube caused by pathogen infection. Due to the bacterial infection, the infiltration of white blood cells causes endometrial swelling, interstitial edema, exudation, and shedding of the fallopian tube mucosal epithelium.
