A woman's normal ovulation can lead to successful conception. Women can only produce one, or at most two or three eggs per month. If you miss the time of ovulation, you will not be able to conceive successfully. Therefore, it is particularly important to accurately calculate the time of female ovulation. Most people don’t know how to calculate a woman’s ovulation time, so they may miss the best time for conception. Now let us explain how to calculate the time of ovulation. (1) Estimation method Most women ovulate 12-14 days before their next menstruation. This can be calculated based on the pattern of their previous menstrual cycles. Since ovulation can be affected by illness, mood, environment and drugs, it should be used in combination with other methods. (2) Measure basal body temperature Measure and record your body temperature after waking up from 6 hours of adequate sleep but before engaging in any activities. Female ovulation usually occurs when the basal body temperature rises from low to high before it rises. The 1-2 days before and after the basal body temperature is at an elevated level is the "fertile stage", but this can only indicate that ovulation has occurred, and cannot predict when ovulation will occur: Under normal circumstances, the body temperature rises by 0.3-0.4℃ after ovulation; if there is no ovulation, the body temperature does not rise, and the body temperature remains low throughout the entire cycle. If you have an irregular lifestyle, such as night shifts, insomnia, mood changes, illness, etc., this method cannot be used to determine whether ovulation has occurred. (3) Observe changes in vaginal secretions After the menstruation is over, the vaginal discharge is often thick in a small amount, or even without mucus, which is called the "dry period" and makes pregnancy difficult. In the middle of the menstrual cycle, with endocrine changes, mucus increases and becomes thinner, and vaginal discharge increases, which is called the "wet period". Near the ovulation period, the mucus is clear, smooth and elastic, like egg white, with high stringiness and not easy to break. The ovulation day is 48 hours before and after the last day of the appearance of this mucus. Therefore, when the vagina feels moist, it is the "fertile period". (4) Ovulation test paper First determine your menstrual cycle and start testing from the 11th day of your menstrual cycle, once a day. (5) Lower abdominal distension and pain Some women may feel bloating and pain on one or both sides of the lower abdomen during ovulation. After ovulation, the bloating and pain will decrease or disappear. If you have this feeling: It is generally considered as ovulation. When calculating a woman's ovulation time, it is important to be accurate. This will make conception easier. Otherwise, it is easy to fail to get pregnant for a long time. Not only will it be impossible to get pregnant, it may also have a negative impact on people psychologically. In addition, you should maintain a regular life to ensure good health. This way the time will be calculated accurately. |
