5. It is not advisable to do yoga right after a meal or on an empty stomach. It is best to practice yoga 1 to 2 hours after a meal.

6. In the later stages of pregnancy, because the belly is already very large, lying on your back may cause discomfort to the pregnant woman. You can lie on your side or place a cushion under half of your buttocks.

7. Pregnant women should not wear shoes or socks when practicing yoga. Choose ventilated cotton and sweat-absorbent clothing, and replenish water in time.

8. After the practice, it is best to take a long rest. When standing up, roll your body to the side, use your hands to support yourself and sit up, then kneel on one leg and stand up slowly.
