What should I do if I have premature ovarian failure and amenorrhea?

Amenorrhea due to premature ovarian failure is a relatively rare condition in life. Its occurrence is mainly related to the use of too many drugs to delay menstruation in our lives, or it is caused by the long-term use of contraceptives in our lives. Premature ovarian failure refers to women who have established regular menstruation but before the age of 40 experience persistent amenorrhea and sexual organ atrophy due to ovarian dysfunction, often with increased gonadotropin levels and decreased estrogen levels. The clinical manifestations are accompanied by varying degrees of pre- and post-menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, sweating, vaginal dryness, and decreased libido, causing premature aging of patients and bringing great pain to their physical and mental health and married life. Premature ovarian failure affects women's quality of life.

The female reproductive organs are part of the whole body. The occurrence of amenorrhea is related to neuroendocrine regulation. Therefore, whole-body physical treatment and psychological treatment play an important role in amenorrhea. If amenorrhea is caused by underlying disease or nutritional deficiency, the systemic disease should be actively treated, the body's physical fitness should be improved, adequate nutrition should be provided, and a standard weight should be maintained. If amenorrhea is caused by stress or mental factors, patient psychological treatment should be carried out to eliminate mental tension and anxiety.
