When the medicine cools to 50°C, pour it into a basin with the residue and soak your feet. The amount of medicine in the basin should be enough to immerse the ankle joint. If the amount of medicine is insufficient, add an appropriate amount of warm water. The feet move constantly in the medicine, allowing the soles of the feet to receive slight physical stimulation from the medicinal residue, for more than 30 minutes each time.
