(1) Place the ribbed surface of the index fingers of both hands on the double Sibai acupoints. Inhale while pressing and return to the original position while exhaling. Repeat 5-7 times.

(2) Rhythmically tap the Shuangsibai points with the tips of your index fingers. Repeat 16 times.

(3) Use the ribbed surface of both index fingers to massage the Sibai acupoints in clockwise and counterclockwise directions 8 times each.

Forehead tapping massage:

Separate the index, middle and ring fingers of both hands naturally, and use the middle fingertips to tap the forehead and the top of the head rhythmically, quickly, elastically, and like raindrops. The movements of the two fingers should be coordinated and flexible, with the same speed, and the force should increase from light to slightly heavier and then decrease. Tap for about 1 minute. This method can improve the blood circulation at the extremities of the head, keep one's qi and blood strong, make one's complexion rosy, less prone to wrinkles, and promote the regeneration of lost hair.
