What are the symptoms of uterine tumors?

We all know that if we are sick, it will cause more or less harm to our body. Among women's diseases, uterine fibroids are the most common disease and one of the most common tumors in the human body. Uterine tumor is a malignant tumor in the human body. It can affect the menstrual regularity of female patients, or even cause infertility or even endanger their lives. Many female patients and their families have sought medical advice and treatment for this reason, but to no avail, because most people do not understand it. So what are the symptoms of uterine tumors?

Symptom 1: Pelvic examination revealed an enlarged uterus.

Symptom 2: Weight loss, weakness, pain in the lower abdomen, back and legs. This happens when cancer metastasizes, or spreads.

Symptom 3: Irregular vaginal bleeding, which may occur at any time, except during hormone therapy. If postmenopausal women taking hormone replacement therapy experience vaginal bleeding similar to menstruation, it may indicate uterine cancer. Therefore, if there is any abnormal vaginal bleeding or heavy bleeding, you should go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible.

Symptom 4: Vaginal discharge that is pink, brown, watery or sticky and has an odor.

Uterine fibroids must be treated surgically in a timely manner. Uterine fibroids are very harmful to women, so once uterine fibroids are discovered, they should be actively removed surgically, especially for malignant uterine fibroids.

The symptoms and severity of uterine fibroids mainly depend on the location, size, number and complications of the fibroids. Some fibroids are small, grow slowly, and are asymptomatic and undetected throughout life. Due to the widespread use of B-ultrasound in recent years, many patients have been found to have no symptoms during normal physical examinations. Most patients have symptoms.

1. Uterine bleeding: the most common, menorrhagia, prolonged menstruation, shortened cycle, irregular bleeding, loss of normal cycle.

2. Abdominal mass.

3. Abdominal pain: Discomfort and heaviness in the lower abdomen or lumbar region.

4. Vaginal discharge: The amount of leucorrhea increases. Once infected and necrotic, there may be a large amount of purulent leucorrhea. If it is ulcerated and necrotic, there will be bloody leucorrhea with a foul odor when bleeding, and there will be vaginal discharge.

5. Compression symptoms: Compression of the bladder, resulting in frequent urination, urinary retention, and urinary incontinence. Compression of the rectum: constipation, broad ligament or giant cervical fibroids compressing the ureter and forming hydronephrosis.

6. Anemia: Long-term increase in menstrual blood volume and untreated anemia can lead to anemia, fatigue, pale complexion, palpitations, and shortness of breath.

7. Habitual miscarriage: infertility.

8. Malignant transformation of fibroids: The incidence rate is 0.5%. It can transform into sarcoma, which is extremely malignant and causes serious harm to the body. Patients with fibroids should receive early treatment, regular check-ups, and timely surgery.

After reading the above introduction to the symptoms of uterine fibroids, I think everyone should have some understanding. This disease has many kinds of symptoms. We should have a correct understanding and take targeted prevention and treatment methods based on its symptoms, so as to bring good news to more female patients and relieve more families of worries.
