What is the reason for the hardness in the breast

As a woman, you should pay attention to the hardness in your breasts, as it is very likely to be breast hyperplasia. The incidence of breast hyperplasia in women is increasing. As a woman, you should develop the good habit of regular physical examinations. At the same time, you should learn to check yourself at home to avoid some serious diseases. If symptoms occur, you should seek timely treatment.

Because breast hyperplasia has the following symptoms: 1. One of the symptoms of breast hyperplasia is breast lumps: there are single or multiple lumps in one or both breasts, which often occur on the outer and upper part of the breast, and are nodular, granular or cord-like, but flake-like are more common. The breast lump has unclear boundaries, medium or slightly hard texture, can be moved slightly, has no adhesion to surrounding tissues when moving, may be tender, and varies in size, some as small as sand grains, and some larger than 3-4CM. The breast lumps increase in size before menstruation and then shrink and soften after menstruation.

2. One of the symptoms of breast hyperplasia is breast pain: there is swelling, tingling or dull pain in the general or bilateral breasts. Some may experience nipple pain or itching. When the pain is severe, the breast cannot be touched. Breast pain fluctuates with mood and menstrual cycles, often aggravated before menstruation or when angry or depressed, and significantly reduced or disappears after menstruation.

The correct way to examine and touch the breasts is to stretch out your palms flat, put your four fingers together, and use the tip pads of the most sensitive index finger, middle finger, and ring finger to gently touch the upper outer, lower outer, lower inner, and upper inner areas of the breast in order, and finally the nipple and areola area in the middle of the breast. During the examination, do not pinch the breast tissue with your fingers, otherwise you will mistake the pinched breast tissue for a lump.

The breast is a human tissue that is prone to disease, especially in recent years, the incidence of breast hyperplasia and breast cancer has been very high. As for breast cancer, it can be cured as long as it is discovered in time. Once it reaches the middle and late stages, the effect of treatment will be greatly reduced. Therefore, it is important to develop the good habit of regular physical examinations and self-examination.
