How to self-check breast hyperplasia?

Breast diseases are very common among women's diseases, and there are often some organizations calling for attention to women's breast health. Among the many breast diseases, the more common ones are breast hyperplasia and breast cancer. If breast hyperplasia develops further, it may become malignant and develop into breast cancer. Therefore, female friends should pay attention to timely treatment after suffering from breast hyperplasia. So, what are the symptoms of breast hyperplasia? How to check yourself?

1. Take off your shirt to fully expose your chest. Stand in front of the mirror with your hands hanging down. Carefully observe whether the breasts are symmetrical in size, whether there are any abnormal protrusions, and whether the skin and nipples have sunken or eczema.

2. Raise your left hand to the back of your head, use your right hand to check your left breast, and gently press the breast with the fingertips to feel whether there are any lumps. Start from the nipple and check in a circular clockwise direction, gradually moving outward for about three or four circles until the entire breast is checked. Use the same method to check the right breast. This can help detect breast hyperplasia at an early stage.

3. Raise your hands above your head, turn your body to one side and observe the side of your breast repeatedly. Then place your hands steadily on your chest and press hard until you feel the chest muscles tense up. Then observe to see if there are any different lines on the breast. Use the same method to observe the other breast.

4. Lie flat on the bed, fully expose your breasts, put a small pillow or folded towel under your shoulders, place your right hand behind your head, put your left fingers together, and touch the front of the right breast with your fingertips. Then use the same method to check the other breast.

5. It is easier to find problems when the skin is wet during showering. When showering, you can slowly slide the tip of one finger and carefully check whether there are lumps in various parts of the breast. When doing breast self-examination, don't forget the armpit area, because some hyperplastic tissue may be found not only in the breasts, but also around the breasts, especially in the armpits.

To love yourself, start by loving your breasts. You should pay more attention to changes in your breasts. If you find that your breasts are different in shape, change in color, have lumps in your breasts, or have breast pain, you should pay attention and go to the hospital for examination and diagnosis and timely treatment.
