Decoction. Things to note at ordinary times: Avoid spicy, hot, fried, and stir-fried foods that are hot. Such as peppers, ginger, fried dough sticks, sesame cakes, biscuits, instant noodles, etc.

2. Do not eat partial food, and have a diversified diet. Eat more vegetables and fruits that are rich in vitamins, such as apples, new greens, spinach, carrots, etc.

3. Be cheerful, don't always think about things that bother you, and live happily every day.

4. Maintain a proper balance between daily life and work, take enough rest, and do not stay online all night.

5. In autumn, the climate is dry. You can use fresh monk fruit as tea, or soak it with Ophiopogon japonicus, chrysanthemum, licorice and other ingredients.

6. Actively exercise. The simplest and most effective way to exercise is to insist on jogging in the morning to enhance the body's disease resistance.
