Pig kidney (a pair, remove the fat membrane, and cut), polished glutinous rice (three he), tsaoko (two qian), tangerine peel (one qian, remove the white part), atractylodes (two qian). First boil the pig kidney and tangerine peel into juice, filter out the dregs, add a little wine, then add rice to make porridge, and eat on an empty stomach. 4. Mutton Soup

Treats kidney deficiency, weakness of waist and legs.

Mutton (half a pound, finely chopped), radish (one, cut into slices), cardamom (one qian), tangerine peel (one qian, remove the white part), ginger (one qian), longan (one qian), pepper (one qian), green onion (three stalks)

Boil the above ingredients with water to make juice, add salt and soy sauce to make soup, add noodles and make soup. The soup can be clarified and made into porridge.

Wash 300 grams of mutton, put it into a pot to blanch to remove the blood, take it out, rinse it with cold water, and cut it into small cubes. Take 4 grams each of Amomum villosum, dried tangerine peel and ginger, and wrap them in gauze to make a medicine bag. Put the above ingredients into a casserole, add 4 grams of pepper, scallion, water, onion, and ginger. Bring to a boil over high heat, then add the radish peel and simmer over low heat for 2 hours. When the mutton is tender, remove the medicine bag, onion, and ginger. Add salt and chicken essence to season. This soup is nutritious and can nourish kidney deficiency, replenish the middle and strengthen the Qi. Suitable for people with weak body, kidney failure, and weak waist and legs.
