8. There should be a quiet and comfortable environment. When the sunlight is too strong, draw the curtains to protect your eyes. You can't be blown by the wind, because the pores all over the body are open after giving birth, and blowing the wind can easily cause headaches and joint pains. 9. Do not climb stairs during the confinement period, and do not lift heavy objects within six months after delivery to avoid sagging of internal organs.

10. Don’t shed tears, otherwise your eyes will age prematurely and may develop into glaucoma or cataracts. Read less books, newspapers and watch less TV, and make sure your eyes get enough rest.
