What should we pay attention to when we have candidal vaginitis?

Some women often find that their vaginal discharge is abnormal during this period. The vaginal discharge is like tofu dregs and the color is yellow. Sometimes they often feel itchy in the lower part of the vagina. The itching is very severe and they always want to scratch it with their hands. This situation is likely caused by candidal vaginitis. What should you pay attention to after suffering from candidal vaginitis?

To prevent candidal vaginitis, we must first pay attention to hygiene and wash the vulva with warm water every day. Because the vulva has a lot of secretions, bacteria can easily grow and multiply. If we do not pay attention to hygiene, the bacteria will multiply to a certain extent and cause disease when our resistance is reduced. In addition, we have to change our underwear every day because there are secretions on the underwear, which contain bacteria.

After washing our underwear, we must expose it to the sun, because fungi like to grow in a humid environment. If exposed to the sun, many bacteria will be killed, reducing the chance of us being infected with candidal vaginitis again.

The towels we use should be separated from the towels used to wash the vulva. Everyone in the family should have their own towels, and they should not be mixed. It is also best to take them out to dry in the sun when there is sunshine. Because tinea pedis and tinea manuum can be transmitted to each other through towels, some people's candidal vaginitis cannot be cured for a long time, perhaps because they have not paid attention to this problem.

People with diabetes and chronic diseases must actively seek treatment. After suffering from these diseases, a person's resistance will be reduced and bacteria will take advantage of the opportunity to invade. Furthermore, diabetics have high blood sugar and urine sugar, which create favorable conditions for the growth and reproduction of many bacteria.

After suffering from candidal vaginitis, many women think that this inflammation can be treated in time by taking some antibiotics on a regular basis. However, this is actually very bad, because taking too much antibiotics is bad for the body and it is easy to develop drug resistance, making it impossible to control the disease fundamentally. It is best to go to the hospital for treatment.
