What causes ovarian cysts?

In women's daily life, especially some middle-aged women, the possibility of suffering from gynecological diseases is increasing. If you don't pay attention to your daily life, vaginal hygiene, and conditioning, you are likely to have some gynecological diseases. Ovarian cysts are the most common one. If there is an ovarian tumor, it should be treated in time. So what is the cause of the disease?

1) Endocrine factors: The incidence rate is increased in nulliparous or infertile women, and pregnancy seems to have a protective effect on ovarian cancer; early menarche (before the age of 12), menopause after the age of 50, frequent menstruation, use of ovulation-stimulating agents for more than 3 cycles (discuss with your doctor when using), precocious puberty or virilization, etc. are also related to the causes of ovarian cysts.

2) Acidification of body tissue fluid: Body cells are in acidic body fluids, which results in a decrease in the amount of dissolved oxygen in normal body cells. This causes a decrease in cell activity and a slowdown in metabolic cycles. When this level drops to 65% of the normal value, normal cells cannot survive. However, there are also cells that actively mutate by changing their chromosomes. The phenotype of the cells changes, and tumor traits are expressed.

3) Environmental factors: unreasonable dietary structure, high cholesterol diet, lack of vitamins A, C, E, smoking, ionizing radiation and other environmental factors are related to its occurrence.

4) Long-term dietary structure: bad living habits, excessive psychological pressure, etc. are the causes of ovarian cysts, which cause excessive acidification of the body and a decline in the overall function of the human body, which in turn causes the metabolic cycle in the lower abdomen to slow down, causing ovarian diseases and endocrine disorders, and a decline in immune function, which develops into abnormal proliferation of ovarian tissue. These are the causes of ovarian cysts and even cancer.

When some abnormal gynecological conditions occur, it is recommended that you go to the hospital for a detailed examination. Do not take it lightly, otherwise if the condition is serious, it will be difficult to control. It is very likely to be some disease such as ovarian cysts. If you ignore it, it may eventually develop into cancer, which will be very difficult to treat.
