Breast pain and nipple itching

In modern life, although the reform and opening up has lasted for so long and people’s concepts have changed, there are still some things that female friends are reluctant to talk about, such as breast pain and nipple itching. This problem also makes many female friends ashamed to speak up or go to the hospital for examination. So what should they do? Let’s learn some scientific knowledge about this aspect here today and talk about what causes breast pain and nipple itching?

Generally speaking, some girls may experience mild itching during the breast development period, but the itching is tolerable and not severe. It is normal when it is not accompanied by the appearance of rashes and can be relieved by itself. It is not that serious. If the itching is severe and accompanied by rash, you should go to the hospital for examination.

Generally, ultrasound can only detect whether there are any tumors or other changes in the subcutaneous tissue, fat or breast. Generally speaking, itching-related diseases are often rashes, especially early breast cancer, which may have rashes, eczema, and breast eczema. There may also be other skin diseases, such as allergies or other inflammations. If there are none of these and there is mild itching, these should be some small changes that occur during the development process. Generally speaking, there is no problem. If it gets worse, you can go to the hospital to see a doctor.

If a woman experiences unbearable nipple itching or pain before, during or after her menstrual period, and the pain gradually improves after the period ends, it is called "nipple itching and pain during menstruation." The nipple belongs to the liver, so this disease is mainly attributed to the liver. The main causes of this disease are qi stagnation, blood stasis and qi and blood deficiency. (1) Qi stagnation and blood stasis: emotional damage, liver depression and qi stagnation, poor blood circulation, and blood stasis in the nipples. During menstruation, qi and blood are exuberant, aggravating blood stasis and thus causing this disease. (2) Insufficiency of Qi and blood: After menstruation, Yin blood flows downward, Qi is lost along with blood, liver blood is deficient, spleen qi is deficient, nipples lose nourishment from Qi and blood, or dry blood generates wind, resulting in itching and pain.

The above mentioned what causes breast tingling and nipple itching. I believe it is helpful for female friends who have such symptoms to understand this thing. In fact, if the condition is mild, you can heal yourself by paying attention to personal hygiene and your own immunity. But if it is serious, you must go to the hospital for examination to avoid further development of the disease.
