Is it possible to be pregnant after 43 days of amenorrhea?

Now, sex education is still not fully open, I think sex education is very important. In some remote mountainous areas or families with very conservative family education, many girls are young and naive and don’t even know they are pregnant at a young age. This is also a real example seen in many clinical cases. After pregnancy, menstruation will stop for ten months. So what I want to tell you today is what is going on when women stop menstruating for 43 days?

If pregnancy occurs, an embryo will form, a placenta will begin to form, and hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) will be produced. hCG circulates in the pregnant woman's bloodstream and appears in the blood and urine.

If the early pregnancy test is weakly positive, there is only a possibility of pregnancy. It is best to go to the hospital's gynecology department for a blood test of hCG or an ultrasound examination to determine whether you are pregnant.

1. Usually on the 11th day after the menstrual period, a blood test for hCG (quantity test, also called B-hCG) will be done. If you are pregnant, it will be positive.

2. As for urine hCG, a positive reaction will only be seen on the 12th to 14th day. (B-hCG) Two red lines indicate pregnancy. (The other red line is the control line)

Urine hCG is the principle of quality checking urine (using test strips), which is to check whether there is hCG in the urine. If the early pregnancy test results are weakly positive, it only tells you that you may be pregnant. It is best to go to the hospital's gynecology department for a blood test of hCG or an ultrasound examination to clearly know whether you are pregnant.

hCG less than 5mIU/ml is a negative reaction, not pregnancy, any amount over 25mIU/ml is a positive reaction, pregnancy

If pregnant, in 85% of pregnant women, the amount of hCG in the blood doubles every two or three days. If hCG does not increase at this rate, it means pregnancy has failed.

Generally, if menstruation is delayed for more than 7 days, you should promptly check your blood and urine for hCG, or see a gynecologist to rule out the possibility of pregnancy.

You only need to do one thing: go to the hospital's gynecology department for a blood test for hCG, which will clearly tell you whether you are pregnant. It is more accurate and reliable than testing urine.

A normal menstrual cycle for women is between 26 and 35 days. In the eyes of many women, these things happen to everyone and they don’t care too much about them. However, what I want to say is that as a woman, you should take better care of your body. If you don't pay attention when you are young, it will be useless to regret it when you are old. If your menstruation has stopped for 43 days, it is best to go to the hospital for a check-up to rule out pregnancy.
