How does Traditional Chinese Medicine treat polycystic ovary syndrome?

1. Take 12g each of Rehmannia glutinosa, Polygonatum sibiricum, Epimedium brevicornum, Psoralea corylifolia, Gleditsia sinensis thorn, Ice ball seed, Fritillaria thunbergii, and 9g of pangolin. Decoction in water.

Add or subtract: If you are afraid of cold, add 9 grams of aconite and 3 grams of cinnamon; if you have liver depression, add 12 grams each of fried gardenia and angelica, 9 grams of moutan bark, 6 grams each of bupleurum and green tangerine peel, and remove the soapberry thorns, ice ball seeds, and Fritillaria.

This prescription warms and nourishes the kidney yang, and also resolves phlegm and softens hard masses. Mainly used to treat polycystic ovary syndrome.

2. Use 18 grams of raw inner gold, 15 grams of raw yam, 12 grams each of raw astragalus, Codonopsis pilosula, Anemarrhena asphodeloides, and pollen, 10 grams each of Trillium, Curcuma, Atractylodes macrocephala, and roasted pangolin, and 6 grams of raw leech. Take it in decoction, 1 dose per day. This prescription can be taken up to 30 doses, depending on the patient's condition.
