3. Tetracycline 500 mg, 4 times a day, for 7 consecutive days.

4. Clindamycin 300 mg, twice a day, for 7 consecutive days.

5. Ampicillin 0.5g, 4 times a day, for 7 days.

6. 1% lactic acid or acetic acid solution can be used for vaginal irrigation to restore the normal physiological environment and inhibit bacterial growth.

7. Lactobacillus therapy and lactobacillus preparations. Lactobacillus therapy is used abroad, mainly for vaginal washing and suppositories placed in the vagina.
