How to regulate dysmenorrhea

In real life, most women will have the problem of dysmenorrhea. The pain will last for a few days every month, and sometimes it lasts longer. Dysmenorrhea will occur during this menstrual period, but for some people, dysmenorrhea usually only occurs on the first day, and the symptoms will be relieved on the second day. Dysmenorrhea directly affects our lives. Living is our job, and we have to endure some recreational activities. So can this situation be adjusted?

1: Keep warm: Keeping your body warm will speed up blood circulation and relax your muscles, especially the spasmodic and congested pelvic area. Drink more hot herbal tea or hot lemon juice.

2: Hot compress: Placing pads or hot water bottles above and below the pelvis for a few minutes at a time will speed up blood circulation and relieve dysmenorrhea.

3: Take a mineral bath: Add 1 cup of sea salt and 1 cup of sodium bicarbonate to a tub of warm water. Soaking for 20 minutes can help relax muscles and relieve menstrual cramps.

4: Exercise regularly: Especially before your period, walking or engaging in other moderate exercise will make you more comfortable during your period.

5: Take painkillers: Aspirin, Yuanhu analgesic pills and paracetamol can relieve menstrual cramps. When menstrual cramps begin, take any one of these (1 capsule) with milk. It will not hurt your stomach and will prevent menstrual cramps.
