Itchy pimples on the outside of the vagina

The maintenance and cleaning of private parts have become more and more important recently. However, due to some deviations in consciousness, private part problems often confuse female friends. Due to problems such as vaginal itching, increased secretion, and swelling, there are countless people who seek help from obstetrics and gynecology hospitals. What is the reason for itchy pimples outside the private parts?

Acne on the inside and outside of the vagina may be caused by lack of hygiene or unclean sexual life. It may be folliculitis, eczema or genital warts.

It is recommended to go to a reliable hospital for gynecological examination and carry out symptomatic treatment based on the results of the examination. Usually, you should pay attention to avoid fatigue, relieve stress, and wash your underwear frequently. Drink plenty of water and avoid eating spicy food. Terminate the married life.

Medical care:

Understand the structure of your genitals, labia, urethral opening, and related parts of the vagina. You can also use a bathroom mirror to check and learn more about physiological structures so that you can detect problems earlier.

Wash sanitary napkins frequently after menstruation, and try not to wear tight clothes with poor breathability before and after menstruation, such as leather jackets, leather pants, jeans, and tights. In addition, cotton products are best. New underwear must be cleaned before wearing.

In a healthy state, the frequency of cleaning the vulva should not exceed twice a day. Cleaning refers to cleaning the vulva, not the vagina. You can rinse the vulva with warm water and then wipe it with a clean towel. Under normal circumstances, the female vagina does not need to be cleaned at all. There are a lot of beneficial bacteria in the vagina, and the vagina itself will maintain cleaning work. Therefore, there will usually be some uneven, light white small amounts of secretions, which are caused by normal vaginal self-cleaning. Frequent vaginal washing in the absence of infection may increase the chance of bacterial and fungal infection.

After going to the toilet, remember to wipe from the front to the back to prevent germs from being transmitted to the private parts through the anus.

Because hair has a protective function, it is best not to shave the pubic hair to avoid irritation and infection.

When there is a lot of secretion, you can use a hair dryer to control the temperature to dry your private parts after taking a shower. If possible, put on underwear after the private parts are relatively dry after taking a shower. Nowadays, many people only wear skirts without underwear at home, or do not wear underwear when sleeping at night. From a medical point of view, this is actually better for the private parts.

If your clothes are wet, for example after swimming, change into dry clothes as soon as possible.

Be more careful when choosing daily necessities, and avoid using sanitary napkins, tampons, or handkerchiefs containing spices, colorants, or deodorizing ingredients. Also be careful when using soap or shower gel when taking a bath, and try to choose neutral or slightly acidic and alkaline lotions. Some shower gels may also cause skin allergies and discomfort.

You can take a warm water sit bath for five minutes after taking a shower every day.

Underwear should be cleaned separately from other clothes and washed with mild detergent. Some descaling or softening detergents may cause allergic symptoms. If you feel something is wrong, it is best not to use them. Be sure to clean clothes thoroughly when washing. After washing, you can air dry them or dry them thoroughly in the sun.

You can drink more yogurt and cranberry juice on a daily basis to help with infections in the vagina and urethra.

If you find that the secretion has a strong odor, a fishy smell, or a light green color, and the vulva is red, swollen, hot, painful, itchy and other uncomfortable symptoms, it is best to see a doctor as soon as possible to prevent the symptoms from worsening and requiring longer treatment. Not every vaginal infection is the same. If you just treat it at home with home remedies or go to the pharmacy to get medicine for your own use, it may become more serious.
