When the disease is severe, it will be mixed with blood; followed by low back pain, frequent urination, painful urination, vulvar itching, and dull pain in the lower abdomen. The vaginal mucosa is red and swollen, with scattered bleeding spots or strawberry-shaped protrusions, which occasionally cause pain during sexual intercourse.

④ Senile vaginitis: The amount of leucorrhea increases and becomes yellow and watery. When the infection is severe, the discharge may turn into purulent and have a foul odor, and there may occasionally be symptoms of spotting. There is a burning and falling sensation in the vagina, discomfort in the lower abdomen, and frequent and painful urination. The vaginal mucosa is red, slightly edematous, and tender, with scattered punctate or flaky hemorrhages of varying sizes, sometimes accompanied by superficial ulcers.
