3 Diagnostic criteria

1. Aged ≥ 45 years; BMI ≥ 24; with previous IGT or IFG; or with glycosylated hemoglobin A1c between 5.7 and 6.5%

3. Those with low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL) (<0.9mmol/L) and/or triglycerides (>2.8mmol/L)

4. Those with hypertension (blood pressure ≥140/90 mmHg for adults) and/or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases

5. Pregnant women aged ≥30 years with a history of gestational diabetes; women who have given birth to large babies (≥4kg); women with unexplained delayed labor; women with polycystic ovary syndrome

6. Not participating in physical activities all year round

7. Use of glucocorticoids, diuretics, etc.
