Causes of pelvic effusion in early pregnancy

After pregnancy, because everyone's body is different and many pregnant women's immunity is reduced, everyone will find the common occurrence of pelvic effusion in early pregnancy. Many pregnant friends will worry that this mood will affect the health of the child. So what should we do?

Gynecological pelvic effusion is divided into physiological and pathological:

Physiological pelvic effusion often occurs in women after ovulation or in early pregnancy, and can usually disappear naturally without the need for treatment. Clinically, pelvic effusion in most women is caused by inflammation, which is the presence of inflammatory exudate in the pelvis. If not treated, it can gradually grow. If it is too large, it cannot be easily eliminated by medication and surgery is required.

Pathological gynecological pelvic effusion is mostly caused by pelvic inflammatory disease, adnexitis or endometriosis. The causes of pelvic inflammatory disease and adnexitis are often related to the patient's bad hygiene habits, such as having sexual intercourse during menstruation, within one month after childbirth, taking a bath within one month after gynecological surgery, etc. Medical-induced infection caused by improper disinfection during artificial abortion and induced labor can also cause pelvic effusion.

If there are chronic infection lesions, it may be caused by inflammation of the gynecological system such as the ovaries and fallopian tubes in the pelvic cavity, causing pelvic effusion. It may also be caused by tuberculosis or tumors. In a few cases, it is caused by ectopic pregnancy rupture, corpus luteum rupture, pelvic abscess, chocolate cyst, and ovarian cancer. Relieve mental worries, enhance confidence in treatment, increase nutrition, exercise, pay attention to the combination of work and rest, and improve the body's resistance.

After reading the following article, I learned some coping methods for pelvic effusion in early pregnancy. It is recommended that you do not worry about it in your life. Remember not to use medications. Medication is very harmful to the physical development of the child.
