Clinical diagnosis of female vulvar papilloma

Vulvar papilloma is a common disease among women. For women, they must pay attention to their personal hygiene and clean their private parts. However, if you unfortunately suffer from vulvar papilloma, don't lose hope. Today's medical level is very advanced and the hope of cure is very high. Next, we will introduce to you in detail the diagnosis methods of vulvar papilloma.

Typical papilloma and condyloma acuminatum are sometimes difficult to distinguish clinically. It should also be differentiated from vulvar flat warts and early vulvar cancer.

1. Vulvar flat warts

Vulvar flat warts are secondary syphilis rashes that occur on the genitals and anus. There are generally three types, namely simple, ulcerative and hypertrophic. The lesions initially appear as clusters of red, soft, flat papules. After certain stimulation, flat papules may become gray-brown, papular or nodular, often occur on the labia and perineum, and are easy to rupture. Treponema pallidum may be found in the secretions. Syphilis serology was positive.

2. Early vulvar cancer

Vulvar cancer is a malignant tumor of the vulva, with an incidence of approximately 1% of all systemic malignant tumors and 5% of all malignant tumors of the female reproductive tract. Among them, primary squamous cell carcinoma is the most common, and secondary malignant tumors are rare. It often occurs in the labia majora, followed by the labia minora, vaginal vestibule and clitoris. First, local nodules or lumps appear, and gradually increase in size, become necrotic, ulcerated, and infected, with increased secretions, accompanied by itching and pain. The tumor may be papillary or cauliflower-like, with symptoms of pain and itching, prone to ulceration, and grow rapidly. It can also expand rapidly, affecting the anus, rectum, and bladder. Pathological examination can confirm the diagnosis, and the vast majority are squamous cell carcinoma.

The above are still some clinical diagnoses about vulvar papillary tumors. Of course, even if you do not suffer from this disease, you still need to go to the hospital for regular check-ups in your life. Regular check-ups can rule out the disease. If you are sick, you can find it in the shortest time, so as not to delay the treatment of the disease.
