Introduction to endometrial adnexitis

Endometrial adnexitis is a common disease in our lives. It is mainly caused by our failure to pay attention to personal hygiene in life. There are many gynecological diseases that are caused by our negligence, and minor problems can even lead to serious conditions. Today we mainly introduce the gynecological disease of endometrial adnexitis. I believe that many female friends will know about this disease!

. Modern women are under the dual pressure of work and family. Endometritis has a great adverse impact on women's daily quality of life and poses a hidden danger to their health.

The main clinical manifestations of endometritis

(1) Pelvic pain: Pain in the lower abdomen and lumbar pain during the menstrual interval.

(2) Increased vaginal discharge: caused by increased secretion of endometrial glands. It is usually thin, watery, light yellow, and sometimes bloody. Senile endometritis presents as purulent leucorrhea, which often contains a small amount of blood. When there is pyometra, the discharge is purulent and has a foul odor.

(3) Menorrhagia: Menstrual periods are regular but the amount of menstrual blood doubles and the bleeding period is significantly prolonged. Irregular bleeding in endometritis is less common.

(4) Dysmenorrhea: It is more common in nulliparous women, but severe dysmenorrhea is rare. It may be caused by excessive thickening of the endometrium due to endometritis, which hinders the normal degeneration and necrosis of the tissue and stimulates excessive spasmodic contraction of the uterus.

(5) Physical signs: In mild endometritis, no abnormalities may be found in bimanual examination. When there is pyometra, the uterus will be enlarged and spherical. It will be soft and tender. Vaginal examination can reveal that the cervix is discharging bloody pus with a foul odor.

Adnexitis and endometritis are common gynecological diseases. The infection often spreads from the bottom to the top, from the vagina and uterus of the gynecology department, so there are two major categories of pathogens. The first category is negative bacilli; the second category is bacteria that die when exposed to air (i.e. anaerobic bacteria). It is often a mixed infection caused by more than one pathogen. It is advisable to use drugs in combination, and it is best to select drugs based on bacterial culture and drug sensitivity tests.

You can use: metoprolol suppositories, dacrylin, penicillins, cephalosporins, quinolones, erythromycin, lincomycin, azithromycin, metronidazole and other drugs. The treatment course is 4 to 6 weeks. When using anti-inflammatory drugs, you can also use 5 mg of α-chymotrypsin or 1500 U of hyaluronidase, placental tissue fluid, etc., for intramuscular injection once every other day, 5 to 10 times as a course of treatment, to facilitate the absorption of adhesions and inflammation. At the same time, give Leonurus japonicus and Xinshenghua granules orally. It is best to treat during menstruation for 3 consecutive cycles. Sexual intercourse is prohibited during treatment. Quit smoking and drinking, and eat less spicy, raw, cold and stimulating foods. Drink more water and urinate more often. The drugs used are sold in pharmacies and can be treated at home.

From the above introduction, we can see how serious the harm of endometrium is to our female friends. The treatment of endometrium can be said to be a heavy stone on the hearts of modern women, which makes many female friends breathless. It also affects the quality of daily life of female friends. I hope you can receive treatment in time.
