The "Sunflower Book" for female private parts care

Introduction: The temperature inside the vagina is usually about 37.3℃~37.8℃. When the body is excited, the blood vessels in the vagina rapidly become congested and the temperature can instantly rise to 38.5℃. The best way to allow the vagina to control temperature freely is to have an active blood circulation system. So how can we improve blood circulation?

1. Eat soybeans every day to supplement estrogen in the body.

The isoflavones contained in soybeans have the effect of phytoestrogen on the human body and can replace estrogen in the body. Gynecologists recommend that it is best to supplement the body through foods such as soy milk and soy products, and that isoflavone supplements used as health products should be chosen with caution.

2. Choose good flavors to increase blood flow.

A study in the United States found that the three scents of licorice essential oil, cucumber, and baby powder can increase women's vaginal blood flow by about 13%, while cherries, charcoal barbecue, and men's cologne can significantly decrease women's vaginal blood flow. It seems that women prefer fresh scents and subconsciously reject sweet and strong fragrances.

3. Quit smoking to reduce vascular damage.

Tobacco first damages small blood vessels, including the arteries and veins of the vagina and clitoris, which then causes blood circulation to slow down and vaginal temperature to become unstable.

The fluid in the vagina is collectively called leucorrhea, which has the function of lubricating and protecting the vagina. Its secretion changes with the menstrual cycle. The amount of leucorrhea is small just after the menstrual period; during the ovulation period, the leucorrhea increases, and is thin, clear in color, and can be stretched into long threads; after the ovulation period, the leucorrhea becomes thick and white in color; and it decreases again during the menstrual period. When sexually stimulated, the average time required for vaginal discharge to occur is 30 seconds, and the average amount of discharge is 20 ml.

Time and pressure dry out the body

For some people, not only does the amount of secretion decrease during sex, but they also experience dry body and vulvar itching at other times. As women age, their bodies change. Vaginal tissue becomes thinner and drier, and they may lose protective fat, making the caress that once felt pleasurable may no longer feel as comfortable. In addition, there is stress, whose impact on the female body is mainly concentrated at the endocrine level, and the vaginal secretion is also unsatisfactory.

"Two more and one less" body recovery plan

1. Eat more whole grains and fruits with skin to help mucous membrane secretion.

Whole grains contain vitamin B2, which can help the vaginal mucosa maintain its secretory function. Vitamin B2 deficiency will affect the metabolism of the skin and mucous membranes. The external manifestation is inflammation of the corners of the mouth, and the internal manifestation is dryness of the female vagina, congestion of the mucosa, and even damage. Vitamin B2 is mostly found in the peel or shell of plants, such as pearl barley, brown rice, oats or fruits with skin.

2. Supplement more vitamin E to strengthen ovarian function.

In medicine, vitamin E is called tocopherol. Because it can maintain the normal function of the reproductive organs and has a good effect on the body's metabolism, specifically, it promotes the function of the ovaries. Gynecologists often use vitamin E as a therapeutic drug for vaginal dryness and vulvar itching. Vegetable oils are the best food sources of vitamin E, such as wheat germ oil, corn oil, peanut oil, and sesame oil. Vitamin E is also found in almost all green leafy vegetables.

3. Avoid endocrine stress and learn to lose your temper.

We live under high pressure every day. If we don’t release it, the stress will find an outlet in the body, and the secretory function will be affected first. Therefore, when we are emotionally unstable, we should not let ourselves digest the emotions. Instead, we can get angry a little and vent our resentment.
