Causes of early spontaneous abortion

Causes of early spontaneous abortion

Nowadays, many pregnant women pay close attention to their living environment, nutrition, and other issues in the early stages of pregnancy. They are afraid of accidentally miscarrying the baby, so they are very careful in doing everything. There are many reasons for early miscarriage, including genetic factors and personal constitution. If too many abortions are performed and the pregnant woman becomes pregnant again within six months, her uterus will be severely damaged and the fetus will abort on its own even if she becomes pregnant. Therefore, the uterus also plays an important role in the survival of the fetus.

If a pregnant woman has habitual miscarriages, she should be careful. When she finds out she is pregnant, she should not do strenuous exercise, wear high heels, and rest in bed for the first three months. Many pregnant women will experience symptoms such as low progesterone. She should also increase her nutrition and eat more vegetables and fruits.

Step 1: Scientifically evaluate endocrine and uterine environment

The evaluation system breaks the drawback of traditional examinations that only focus on the location of the lesions. It follows the principle of "treating according to the cause, treating according to the situation, and being multi-dimensional and three-dimensional". It starts from the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis and unfolds along three environmental surfaces: theca cells---steroid hormones---sex hormone secretion chain, ovarian cells + macrophages---dissolving corpus luteum secretion chain, ovarian nerve control---ovarian blood flow---ovarian secretion chain to carry out endocrine regulation evaluation, as well as uterine environment evaluation, and completes imaging and specimen sampling at one time, and then through evaluation and examination including laboratory examinations, imaging examinations, physical examinations, psychological examinations, and other examinations, a total of 4 major categories, 16 subcategories and 81 specific items are evaluated, thereby providing accurate scientific data for clinical treatment.

Step 2: Repair and regulate oocyte, progesterone, and corpus luteum function

Regulation of oocyte activity, follicle growth, and corpus luteum function. Ovarian intrinsic factor has a positive effect on gonadotropin dependence and follicle growth, and such a growth environment is the most ideal for oocytes activated by progesterone produced earlier. It indirectly increases the secretion of follicle-stimulating hormone by the pituitary gland by regulating the structure of ovarian intrinsic factor and gonadotropin, thereby promoting follicle development. While increasing the secretion of follicle-stimulating hormone, it also increases the secretion of luteinizing hormone, and turns on the monitoring of progesterone to avoid damage to follicles caused by excessive progesterone concentration. It reduces the concentration of luteinizing hormone in real time, increases the synthesis and storage of follicle-stimulating hormone, and thus prepares an ideal endocrine environment for ovulation. During this stage, the ovulation level recovers to more than 60% and the fertility function recovers to more than 70%.

Everyone should take care of their bodies. Each organ in the body plays a different role. Repeated abortions will not only deteriorate your physical condition, but may also cause infertility. In the early stages of pregnancy, take some folic acid, take some skin care products, pay attention to nutritional balance, get enough sleep, and be in a good mood.
