A study found that only 29% of women choose a bra with the right cup and straps. In fact, the comfort of a bra often depends on the straps. If the shoulder straps are too tight or too loose, it can cause back pain.


Thin Shoulders:

The shoulder muscles are not thick, and the clavicle and shoulder blade are obvious. When choosing a bra, choose a design with shoulder straps slightly to the outside and narrower. Alternatively, you can choose a strap design with the middle position to provide a stable breast lift. It should be noted that the shoulder straps should be close to the upper chest, and there should be no gap between the shoulder straps and the body.


Thick Shoulders:

The shoulders have moderate curvature and thick muscles. This type of women should choose wide shoulder straps with good enough elasticity. The shoulder straps should be placed in the middle or on the inside. Straps that are placed on the outside are easy to slip off and will also make the chest look loose. For women with thick shoulders, 3/4 or full cup and wide bras are the best for breast shaping.


Sloping Shoulder:

Commonly known as beauty's shoulder, the shoulder has a larger curvature and the shoulder blade is not prominent. It is best to choose a bra with center straps. The shoulder straps of this bra fall right at the junction of the front and back clavicles and are not likely to slip off. If there is a plastic elastic buckle on the back of the shoulder strap, it can enhance the friction, which is also very suitable for women with sloping shoulders. Alternatively, you can also choose a bra with U-shaped back straps.


Flat Shoulders:

The shoulders are slightly curved and the shoulder blades are distinct. If you have narrow shoulders, you can wear a bra with outer straps to expand your breasts to the sides. If you have broad shoulders, you should wear a bra with inner straps to concentrate your breasts.
