Hot back of woman

Among the various manifestations of female menopausal syndrome, sweating and sweating are often a symptom that makes female friends very distressed and helpless. This type of symptom occurs quite commonly. According to surveys, about 65% of menopausal women have varying degrees of sweating and sweating. So what is the reason for women's back heat during menopause?

Menopausal fever is another annoying thing for many menopausal women. It not only reduces the quality of life, but also often occurs in unreasonable places. So, what is the reason for women's fever during menopause, and how can we alleviate this symptom?

It is common for women to experience fever throughout the body during menopause. Severe cases may affect their daily life and even cause or aggravate insomnia. Therefore, many female friends should have a proper understanding of the fever in menopause and actively take certain effective measures to regulate it. Generally, women's menopausal fever may be accompanied by redness of the skin and sweating, but it is also accompanied by chills and fear of cold, and it can occur regardless of summer or winter, day or night, and no matter how much clothing is worn. It comes and goes suddenly and has nothing to do with the temperature of the air or the environment, indicating that it is not a normal physiological adjustment.

Although the causes of menopausal fever in women cannot be fully explained from the perspectives of physiology and pathophysiology at present. However, according to the fact that it only occurs during the period of estrogen decline in menopause, and does not occur in people with primary ovarian agenesis, it means that menopausal women once had normal estrogen levels, and then they will develop menopausal fever and sweating symptoms. Therefore, it can be considered that women's menopausal fever is caused by drastic changes in endocrine.

When the female body's estrogen secretion decreases, it promotes the increase of hypothalamic and pituitary activity, which on the one hand accelerates the secretion of gonadotropin, and on the other hand causes large-scale intermittent changes in the hypothalamus and nearby immune points, accompanied by the pituitary gland's single pulse release of excessive ovulation-stimulating hormone, causing the surrounding vascular tension to be in an unbalanced state, resulting in intermittent fever and sweating, skin blood reddening, and then chills.

So, what should women do when they have fever during menopause? Generally speaking, the following methods can be used to regulate it, such as relaxation, moderate exercise, clothing adjustment, and a reasonable diet. In addition, estrogen therapy is particularly effective in treating menopausal fever in women and can be used under the specific guidance of a professional doctor.

Based on the above introduction, I believe that all patients and friends have a certain understanding. Here we would like to remind all menopausal women that they must not ignore menopausal fever, so as to avoid serious impact on their health and daily life. If a woman has a fever during menopause, it is best to consult a professional doctor for help as soon as possible, and take appropriate measures to regulate under the guidance of the doctor, so as to solve the problem of fever symptoms as soon as possible and improve the quality of life.
