We divide the physiological cycle into the ovarian phase and the ovarian phase. In the case of the follicular phase, our gonadotropin metabolism peaks to produce luteinizing hormone and oocyte stimulating hormone. These two peaks work synergistically to promote ovulation. Do women bleed during ovulation? Let’s discuss the interpretation below. I hope everyone can understand it. In the middle and late stages of the two regular menstrual periods, that is, the ovulation period, due to the temporary decrease in the level of estrogen caused by ovulation, the uterine wall of some women loses the support of estrogen, causing the uterine wall to fall off, resulting in regular vaginal bleeding, which is called ovulation bleeding. Traditional Chinese medicine calls it "mid-menstrual bleeding." Causes 1. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the main cause of mid-menstrual bleeding is kidney yin deficiency, liver qi stagnation, cold and dampness, blood stasis, spleen deficiency, etc., which cause the Chong and Ren meridians to be shaken during the lingering period and the blood sea to be malnourished. 2. Western medicine believes that after the egg is ovulated, the estrogen level will drop significantly. For some women, the low estrogen level cannot maintain the growth of the uterine wall, causing partial shedding of the uterine wall, resulting in a small amount of breakthrough bleeding. However, under normal circumstances, after ovulation, with the production of progesterone, progesterone metabolizes estrogen, which will quickly repair the uterine wall and make the uterine wall change to the metabolic stage. The endometrium is thickened and repaired enough to stop bleeding. Clinical symptoms It usually occurs on the 12th to 16th day of a regular menstrual cycle, usually lasts for a few hours or 2 to 3 days, not more than 7 days, the amount is significantly lower than normal menstrual bleeding, and the bleeding can stop on its own. It may be accompanied by mild lower abdominal discomfort or waist pain, or there may be no discomfort. Sometimes it occurs from one menstrual cycle to the next, and some people will continue for a long time, with ovulation bleeding occurring in 4 to 5 menstrual cycles. Inspection 1. Gynecological examination Pay attention to whether there is erosion and bleeding in the cervix, and perform TCT examination on the cervix when necessary to check whether the uterus and uterine appendages are tender, thickened, or swollen (check when necessary, and the operation should be gentle). 2. Auxiliary inspection (2) Signs of ovulation: The body temperature is biphasic during the ovulation period. B-ultrasound shows a normal ovulation period. Ovulation test paper test also shows ovulation changes. Bleeding occurs when the body temperature changes from low to high and when the pregnancy test paper changes from positive to negative, which is the ovulation period. (2) B-ultrasound examination can eliminate other diseases that may cause abnormal bleeding, such as uterine intrauterine polyps, uterine submucosal fibroids, etc. (3) Hysteroscopic surgery can be performed when necessary to facilitate the removal of organic diseases such as cervical and uterine polyps and endometrial cancer. |
