Girls, under normal conditions, will begin to show signs of growth after the age of ten. When they are ten to eleven years old, their height and weight will grow rapidly. Therefore, girls usually surpass boys at this time. By this time, the breasts have already changed. The nipples will be slightly raised. The nipple color will change slightly, and pubic hair will begin to grow at this time.

I would also like to point out here that some girls may still have average breasts when they are 20 years old. Some people never have two pubic hairs on their lower body in their entire life. It is possible, but it is not necessarily the result of malnutrition. Most people simply grow and develop differently from others due to factors such as genes and nutrition.

9-10 years old: Sexual development starts, and the pelvis is the first to take the lead. We find that the pelvis begins to widen slowly and quietly during this period. Then come the breasts, where nipples on one or both sides gradually protrude like buds.

10-11 years old: The breasts gradually swell like hillocks. If you touch them carefully, you can feel a small, slightly hard lump. At the same time, the nipple area expands, indicating that the mammary glands have begun to develop.

11-12 years old: A small amount of short and fine hair begins to grow in the private parts, but it is not real pubic hair.

12-13 years old: Stimulated by the estrogen secreted by the uterus and ovaries, the breasts significantly accelerate their growth pace, and you may feel mild pain. But there is no need to worry, this is a physiological phenomenon during the development stage. After the mammary glands are fully developed, the pain will naturally subside.

13-14 years old: Most girls have their first menstruation, which is called the first menstruation (some may be as early as 11-12 years old, and some may be as late as 18-19 years old). Menarche is one of the key signs of puberty in girls. When menstruation comes for the first time, the ovaries are not yet stable, so the menstrual cycle is often irregular. Later, as the body grows and develops, the menstrual period will naturally become more regular. Ovulation usually occurs in the second year after the first menstruation, and it begins when the menstrual cycle becomes normal. Ovulation may occur in every cycle. In addition, armpit hair has just started to grow under both armpits.

14-15 years old: The pelvis widens further and the menstrual cycle basically occurs. If the menstrual cycle increases to more than six months, or a menstrual period exceeds 11 days, it is abnormal and you should seek help from a doctor. When real male pubic hair begins to replace down hair, the growth of male pubic hair goes through four stages: sparse, light gray, gradually darker, wider, and curly, and from a small amount to a concentrated distribution, before reaching the pubic hair distribution state of adult women.
