Backache, lower abdomen distension, and the desire to defecate

Women's lower abdominal distension and constant urge to defecate are considered to be caused by gynecological inflammation and gastrointestinal diseases. When women have pelvic inflammatory disease, pelvic effusion or cervicitis, they also have a feeling of lower abdominal distension and discomfort and the desire to defecate. The patient may experience increased female secretions, back pain or vulva itching. It is recommended to go to the hospital for a gynecological examination and use medication under the doctor's guidance based on the examination results.

If there is no gynecological inflammation, acute or chronic colitis, dysentery and other digestive tract diseases, there will also be a feeling of lower abdominal distension and urge to defecate. Patients often have a history of unclean diet or gastrointestinal dysfunction. You can go to the hospital for a stool test to find out the infected bacteria and choose antibiotics for treatment according to the type of causative bacteria. Chronic abdominal distension and urge to defecate require rectal examination and colonoscopy, and seek treatment as soon as possible if any symptoms are found.

Women may experience pain and discomfort in their lower abdomen, along with the feeling of having a bowel movement, and there are many reasons for this. 1. When there is a large amount of inflammatory exudate in the pelvis, because such inflammatory exudate will cause pelvic capillary dilation, it will cause lower abdominal pain and discomfort. Because the inflammatory exudate is irritating, it will cause digestive tract dysfunction, irritate the duodenum and cause the urge to defecate.

2. When there is cervical hypertrophy or cervical cyst, the inflammatory stimulation will cause pain and discomfort in the lower abdomen. The inflammatory stimulation of the duodenal pouch will also cause the feeling of wanting to defecate.

3. Failure to eliminate factors that may cause pregnancy, because some women may experience threatened miscarriage or gastrointestinal disorders during pregnancy, which can cause pain and discomfort in the lower abdomen, as well as bloating and the urge to defecate. At this time, it is best to eliminate it.
