1. The wind is relatively strong outdoors in winter, and some people wear mostly clothes above the knees, often neglecting to keep their calves warm. In such a windy environment, the clothes on the calves may be blown away by the wind, causing the skin to be cracked and dry by the wind, which will cause itching of the calf skin. Some people will ignore the calves when wiping their bodies after taking a shower. The calves are not wiped dry, and the moisture on them dries up after encountering strong cold air, which irritates our legs, which will also cause itching of the calf skin. After taking a shower, we should apply nourishing body lotion immediately before the skin is completely dry, especially on the arms and calves, as well as the waist and shoulders. 2. Some patients have patches of skin on their calves. These patches of skin will fall off when dry, and in severe cases will continue to crack. In addition to applying lotion, we must also pay attention to diet. We should usually pay attention to eating a light diet, eat more fruits and vegetables, and eat less fried foods and spicy foods. In winter, you can reduce outdoor activities and go to the gym or sauna.

3. When soaking your feet every night, wash your calves as well. After washing, apply an appropriate amount of after-bath moisturizing lotion while the calves are not completely dry. After the after-bath moisturizing lotion is completely absorbed by the calves, put on your clothes. Friends who love to apply facial masks can also pat the remaining water in the hydrating mask onto the calves to nourish the calves. Don't throw away the compressed mask paper after tearing it off, spread it on the calves to do some work on the calves as well.
