What are the symptoms of breast cancer:

There are many causes of nipple discharge, the most common of which are intraductal papilloma, breast hyperplasia, mammary duct ectasia and breast cancer. Persistent discharge from a single hole on one side should be further examined, and if accompanied by a breast lump, it should be taken seriously.

3. Improve the physical strength of nipple resistance
